Greg showed us one house and then offered to stop by our home to do an evaluation on what it was worth. I have worked with 5 other agents in my life and he was by far the best, most professional, easy going and helpful. We decided to wait on selling our home for another year, but will contact Greg to help us out when that time comes.

Greg helped my husband and I purchase our first home. As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions about the entire process. Greg was great at answering all of our questions and made himself available to us literally any time of the day. Greg was wonderful to work with! We were very happy that he was not as pushy as many imagine realtors to be, but rather let us lead the process. He knows his job very well and gave us a lot of information outside his job that helped us a lot as first time homebuyers. He was very easy to work with: great communication, got to know us and our needs very well, and found us a fantastic deal on a great home! Greg worked hard at making a great profile for my house. He put my house on the MLS right away and within hours potential buyers were looking at my house. Within 7 days of my house going on the MLS, I had an offer on it! We closed on our house on December 28th, 2010 (not a great time of year to sell). Greg never put on any pressure during house hunts or meetings. He was focused on getting me the right home for the right price, however long it took to find the house and no matter how many different house hunting trips it took. He was able to anticipate houses I would and would not like to see, and in the end he found a group of homes that he thought I would like, and one of them was perfect and is now all mine!
