We have been going there every year for 4 years it just seems to be going down hill sorry

A bunch of my friends and I Booked a room with them about a month ago for October 1st- 4th Thursday-Sunday and there ended up being a hurricane and there was a state of emergency. Obviously we weren't going to drive 8 hours there to not even be able to get onto the island. So we called to let them know we were not going to be able to make it, figuring maybe they could AT LEAST give us some of our money back, but nope. Will NEVER book a room with these people again. No compromising once so ever!

Tim, thank you for your review. I apologize for the confusion about Ocean City and the hotel being open for business. It was brought to our attention that there were some rumors circling on social media about the Ocean City being evacuated. There was some flooding, but that was downtown and closer to the bay. Luckily, the hurricane missed us and we just experience some rain and wind. We wish you could have joined us that weekend and would like a chance to make things right. had a very nice stay here with my family the weekend of sept 25th. had a bump with our first room but thanks to the amazing staff they got us settled into a new room with no problems.. also met some very nice ppl on our stay.. husband and I will definitely be coming back here on our next vacation in july..
I want to thank Burgandy Inn Staff for the great service we received! We really appreciated displaying birthday wishes to our daughter on her 21st birthday! Our room was comfortable for our 9 person vacation! Thank You!
