Worst hotel i have ever stayed in, the rooms are smaller then a walk in closet. Shower head is filthy, we went and bought cleaning supplies to clean the nasty place. Then to find out there is no hot water. The bathroom door doesn't close, the bed is broken, remote for tv didn't work, no phone in room. Went to talk to rental office and they sent a maintance guy right up to tell us he cant fix the door till morning and he got the hot water to come on after letting the water run for like 15 minutes. Everything is on 1 breaker. The satellite sucks and the air conditioner is not cooling enough.
I was there this past week end with my sister Mildred Brawner and my daughter and granddaughter it was nasty the couch that we had to pull out to a bed was never cleaned it still had the dirty nasty sheets and mens shorts on it and they never did anything about it or the owner never came to talk to us or anything I well never stay there again or any other place they own it was just nasty
RecommendedMy family and alot of us stayed here about 6 years ago. To be honest so much has changed! Our experience that year was a complete mess! Right down to the the women who checked us in! So we hesitated about staying here, and I have to tell you our trip was simply relaxing and the Burgundy has come along way. Our room was spotless!! It still old. so if you want new this place isnt for you. But everyone here treated me and my family like their own! our trip next will be at the Burgundy.
I was just here this past week my first room was Hell it so nasty hair every where on the bathroom floors just gross my ten month old baby was on the floor for ten mins and his legs were black I took pics of the place I just cried and the owner decided to give me a bigger place the place was a lot better I was grateful for that but it was still a bit dirty but no where near as bad as the first room I will never in my life stay with this company again even tho I would have to say the staff was really nice so that was a plus
