I would not bring my mother here, this place is a dump! The smell in these rooms will make you sick. Floors feel unsafe. Will never return to this joint ever!

great stay at Burgundy with grandchildren. The recently renovated suite was beautiful and spotless. Loved the location--close to beach, restaurants and stores. No need to move the car. The staff was friendly and prompt to answer any needs--free donut andcoffee in morning-wow! The pool was beautiful and pristine. Anxious to return later in summer.

Filthy and it smelled like musty mold. Our beds felt like they were going to fall down every time we slept.I swear it felt like we were being bit all night.The blind fell down when we pulled to shut it. No water pressure. We will never again return with our family to this dump. Nasty

Our exterminator conducts routine, aggressive treatments of all rooms to ensure they are protected. I have addressed the blind with maintenance and they are making sure all are secure. We rented here this past winter and the place is a dump. Starting with the mean old lady at the front desk who spoke down to us like we were nothing when we would pay our rent. Our place was smell of mold and old. Furniture was nasty. It was all we could afford but still we could have been treated better. Our neighbors said they had bed bugs and mold . Maintenence is horrible he would come in and never come back. Other people said the same thing . We would complain to Megan the manager but she stays in her office. She was no... read more

We do require payment in full before the week of your stay begins and I am sorry that this was a point of frustration as this policy has not changed.
