I hope this place goes out of business. Never going back again! I stand there at the cash register, mind you the only one in line, to get a hot cup of coffee for about 3-4 mins while the barista stares at me and continues making herself an iced coffee. Finally she asked what I wanted. Then I got to put milk in my coffee and it's curdled... I tell the barista and she says "well, what do you want me to do about it?" Avoid this place. Use to be better. Now the staff, with the exception of the girl at the cash register, are more interested in their phones that customer service. Baristas are grumpy, cook cane up front at 12:45 and dumped The tip jar out on the counter and counted it all out for about ten minutes while the girl tried to work around him. He and one of the baristas sitting on their phones while the place could use a cleaning. Drinks were average and I usually eat here but not today as I feel that something has changed.
Their Chai teas are wonderful, the help is friendly, and the atmosphere and audience are warm and welcoming. I can't say enough how grateful I am for the kind souls inside.
