I work at izzos in Covington and they have done a great job making sure our store dont have little visitors and always comes out right away if we need them too. I would highly recommend them. Keep the good work up.
Eric has been our pest control technician for about 15 years. He was with another company before The Bug Man. He has always treated our family right. He is very knowledgeable about his career. We followed him when he came to The Bug Man. We know we are getting a great service when Eric comes to our home!

Tony is wonderful!! He is efficient and friendly and always works me in at times that best fit my schedule.
I have used them for several years. Tony has been spraying my house for insects and he always calls before to schedule appointments in advance. He is always courtesy and professional.
I have rated it at 5 because there wasn’t a 10!!! Eric is so Customer Focused that we actually used him with a previous competitor and when he left we left with him! He gives personal customer service. Always aims to please and is focused on educating you and making sure you are satisfied! He displays truly what customer service is about while taking care of any pest we have! Eric is Awesome and with the Bug Man it is a Win Win!!!
Eric is my bug man and he’s fabulous, polite and knowledgeable. He’s great with my dogs and respects my property. I’ve used this company since 2010 and have always been satisfied with their work.
