My "Jack the Bug Man" has been with me through 4 homes and "the flood of 2016". I could not have kept my homes "free of bugs" without Jack. He is very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and so very willing to work with me on any problem. His help with coordinating service appointments are great. He is always busy (Paul keeps him that way) but he works my service in - at a time very convenient for my schedule. The place that I work has used the Bug Man Pest Control for years. The technicians have been extremely hard working and try their best to do an excellent job. Our current technician, Jeff Martin, is always striving to come up with the latest pest controlling chemicals to eradicate our issues. Andrew came to my house in Lafayette on time and did a great job! He was very courteous and was super nice to my animals.
Whom ever I have spoke with was down right disrespectful and spoke down to me! I have gone back and fourth with the company about the contract that is not being followed! The contract states that and I quote " semi annual renewal at150.00 each- after the first anniversary of the sentricon contract." Why on earth an I being charged 150 after my termite stations have only been in the ground for 3 months? Per the office stated that the were conserving gas and doing them early! A year early?
