Tony has been amazing. He takes care of us here at the Izzos on Magazine St. in New Orleans. Anytime we have a problem it is resolved almost immediately! He’s very friendly, and answers any questions I may have throughout his visit. Definitely your guy if you have any type of bug problem for sure!!
I like all of the Bugman technicians who visit my home.. but I DO �me some Andy..anytime I have a problem, I reach out to him and he handles it...whether it’s his department or not. He’s got a whatever it takes attitude that many people simply do not possess. Andy is The Bugman to me..a real representation of the Bugman culture. Thanks Andy for all you do for The Campbell’s. We appreciate you.
I can’t say this is the best pest control in Baton Rouge because it is the only company I’ve used. I’ve always been very pleased - roaches? termites? squirrels? rats? The Bug Man helped me every time.
The bug man...I see you at Exxon and ask why did you quit coming to do pest control...you say I’ll check on it...then this???? No return phone call...didn’t know I was just renting the stations...thanks for getting back with me. Horrible service...I always paid my bill!
I do not recommend this company. Both of my services were forgotten resulting in me having to call and remind them only to get redirected to the service technician who never returned my call. I then needed an in between service due to a bug issue which never got addressed. The technician repeatedly stopped treating my home to answer phone calls while in front of me (getting onto by someone for having upset and unsatisfied customer) which made my service even longer and obviously not a priority or professional.
