The Buffalo Grille

About this business

The only thing Buffalo Grille lacks is adequate space that can hold more diners. The lengthy wait is a common cause of complaint, but it certainly speaks volumes that diners will stand around and wait rather than go elsewhere. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and this place does it up right. Choose from a large assortment of American and Mexican breakfast items. Select from a variety of egg preparations, sandwiches or simply opt for a healthy chicken salad. The lunch and dinner menus are also filled with many... read more

What a dissapointment! – Long lines, no where to sit, have to wait on yourself, food average, service below average.

Best Breakfast I have ever had!! – If you don't go to the Buffalo Grille for breakfast, you are insane! The food is soooo good! I recommend it to anyone!

Start the day right with breakfast at this cafe or end it on a homey note with dinner. – In Short For a bacon-and-eggs meal from a kitchen that treats breakfast with utter seriousness, this is the place to go. You'll have to wait in line to place an order, so arrive early. The restaurant is known for its enormous pancakes (one is enough), the seemingly endless list of egg dishes and pecan-smoked bacon. A lunchtime chalkboard menu changes frequently. Dinner options include chicken-fried steak, pork chops, enchiladas and fajit... read more

My favorite place!! – The Buffalo Grille not only has the best food in town, but the best service and atmosphere. John and Brock always give service with a BIG smile :) AND if you go the the Bissonett location, you will see a great picture of the HPD task force located in the heart of downtown (NOT taken in the country side of Simonton, Texas, right john?) The portions of food you get is definately worth the price...take friends and family there on weekend mornings, great place to eat and people watch!! :)

Overrated – The news media eats here because it's close. Get out and live a little, there's a lot better breakfasts to be had in this town. You just have to look!

Home Style, Texas Style! – there is so much to tell.. but so little room. they have the best HASH BROWNS in Texas! and tons of fixin's at the condiment bar. it is the perfect place to meet with friends or sit with a good book. but a helpful hint is.. they serve ONLY breakfast on sunday, and close early.

Overrated Comfort Food – Good but not great comfort food. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Hash browns were outstanding, biscuits were average. coffee was weak and thin - no excuse in today's environment of a good cup on every corner.

Didnt know what I was missing – Ive passed the Buffalo Grille numerous times on my way to work in Greenway Plaza, and I just shrugged them off as another mom and pop restuarant. Little did I know what that little restuarant had to offer! It was crowded 10 minutes after opening today. The food was excellent! The pancakes look awesome. I had the 3B, scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage, grits and toast..Ill eat the pancakes next weekend!!!

Pig Out & Preen! – Best place inside the loop to be seen in your early morning work-out duds and make-up ready to dig in to the best pancakes, smoked thick sliced bacon and Mexican breakfast hang-over special. Try the Italian sausage and 3 eggs weekend bargain - a steal at $6.50. Kid friendly, say hi to friendly Schillaci brothers managers. Great for lunch and dinner also.
