Get directionsThe very best thing is the affordable pricing - you get a lot for the price! The suite is spacious and quiet, the bed comfortable, and the TVs have Netflix. What more could you need? We haven’t checked out the pool yet but look forward to swimming later today. The food at the hotel’s restaurant is really good.
Disappointed thought I booked the hotel come to find out we were booked in a tower which I didn’t know they even had and had to be shuttled over to the main resort ... wasn’t offered to be changed.. then we had a whole mix up with the card I booked with then they took another card when I got there and charged two nights on it then when I checked out they charged the other card needless to say they had a lot of money held up for 4 days. Not offered anything for that either ..
We just had our first stay here. Glamorous, beautiful hotel. The restaurant is amazing, food and service exemplary. 100% recommend! Very romantic.

We’ve stayed at this hotel in the past without issue, but this trip was a different story. Our room was FILTHY. The first thing my 4 year old said when he walked in the room is that it smelled like old people. There wasn’t even a scent of any cleaning products. My wife and son walked around barefoot in the room the first day and their feet were BLACK with dirt. We asked them to clean the floor when we left for food and when we came back, the visible dirt on the floor was gone but our feet still got dirty from walking around ... read more
Noticed a cockroach in our bathroom on the first day of our two day stay, didn’t think too much of it at first as it is a hotel and can’t control the world🤷🏻♀️ Then went out to our balcony and noticed staff members squashing and spraying for roaches on the balcony below us. We then found 3 more in our room. I addressed it with the front desk staff and was simply told “it’s a water bug and it’s the beach”. We have had an unbelievably large amount of rainfall in the last month, contributing to a few sightings. The only way we can treat eradicate them from a room (if requested) is to spray the room. We love Aspen and have always had great service until now.....the lobby bar (Mountain Social) staff are so rude and impolite that we will never ever stay here again!!! They are a service business not the other way around.... I don’t mind paying the price for drinks, but not at the expense of rude people!! I would stay anywhere else!!!
The beds in the rooms are tiny half of the refrigerators don’t work
I Love Love Love this place . from the Moment I stepped in till I leave. I cant get enough. The Rooms, & The Exceptional Customer Service!!
