Called twice and were told everything was open except the fitness center, no play equipment, and there were no shuttles to the JW. Not accurate at all. There are no ice machines, no luggage carts, the hot tubs are fenced off and the waterfalls aren’t turned on. You have to make reservations to use the pool in 4 hour increments. No happy hour at the pool bar. The grills right outside our building are closed and we have to make reservations to use the other grills.
