Terrible rooms. Never Again!! AC stayed off well out about about all day. Got back and the room was 77 degrees!! NO!! Not right and won’t happen again
Very disappointed. I usually love staying at this hotel due to the friendly staff, convenient location, and cleanliness. I definitely expected more during a pandemic. The shower was full of hair when we checked in. The toilet was not clean. Had to do more than just the usual wipe down and sanitize and fully clean the room. Pictures shown are of the vents and trash pails in the room. Pretty disturbed at the lack of commitment to cleanliness that Marriott has been promising.
