Their security will not do anything when you got attacked even it happened in front of the property. The only thing that they would do is closing their door. Bullshit company.

Don't deal with Brodsky! What a bunch of crooks for 1 Columbus Place! I needed to move out as I got a job in another city and they won't let me out of my lease after living here since 1999! Management said that without 60 days notice I will need to pay a 3 month penalty to get out of my lease. What a bunch of crooks! Not only would they be getting money from me for the months that I'm living in Chicago but they will be able to get a new tenant a much higher price! Crazy!! Got to love that customer service! I have lived in this building for forty-six years, and I have everything I need, including many wonderful friends!
Excellent building and service
Location, location, location! Wonderful area. Spend $ to make $. More needs to b spent to attract best community.+ justify rent levels u command. All maintenance staff is outstandingly superb, but the Croydon is understaffed, for its size + present level of rent. Help taking things out of cars + carrying packages to apartments is the standard of high level NYC apartments + the Croydon is deserving of same. The tenet u want wants service. Make more giving it.
