The Brix is a great place to live! It had beautiful city views, and it’s in a great location that has a lot to offer.
I have lived here since June and will not be renewing my lease. The ladies in the rental office are nice and helpful. But the management and upkeep of appliances and the building are subpar. My washer and dryer has not worked since I have been here. They fixed it, it broke again and then it was replaced and it broke again and it was conatant reacheduling for maintenance to come which was a huge inconvenience as I had to use other apartments which took an entire day of going back and forth to do.
