RecommendedThe management and facilities crew are always attentive and courteous to our needs and concerns. They are pleasant to talk to and considerate to my daughter and make time to ask how she is doing and chat with her which makes her feel appreciated. We love our apartment and the location to the park and ride. We’d recommend Newberry Square to anyone looking for a new place.

I was overwhelmed with finding a new place to live, but Kaylee in the front office has made this process such a breeze. I am so appreciative of her going above and beyond to get me into a new home. I definitely recommend the Bristol at Sunset.
Decent place to live with a great location downtown. There are some downsides, however. The A/C units do not have filters so get ready for lots and lots of dust. One side of the building faces a public alley, with drug users and people sleeping underneath your windows. 1 month after moving out, we were sent a bill for carpet cleaning, which we paid. I am power of attorney for a former resident and they used the power in her unit and won't back Puget Sound Energy for the power they used! They are taking advantage of the vulnerable, elderly population! BEWARE!
this company is disgusting my unit was flooded twice and they refused to fix it to where it was in livable conditions they are garbage there Regional VP Kim garbage and Lisa
RecommendedI love my apartment! Not to mention the staff is amazing, they have been so accommodating and are always available to help. The apartments it self is newly remodeled and very spacious.
RecommendedLived here for over two years. Great staff, features and love our little one bedroom with a patio. Nice to have our car under a carport protected.
Worst place ever!! The front office staff are awful the don’t know what they are doing. So glad our lease is up. Now they are trying to charge us for carpet replacement when the carpets were not new when we moved in!! So ridiculous so many issues that were never resolved, closets falling apart, coming off the hinges, mirrors falling out of the frames, leak in the bathroom, several maintenance requests and still nothing fixed.
