The office staff has demonstrated a consistent lack of professionalism and has repeatedly prevented my daughter from receiving treatment. This morning, when a family member brought her to the office, they would not allow her to be checked in. I was advised that a link would be sent to me so I could authorize the family member to complete the check-in process; however, no link was ever provided. Weapons grade incompetence here. It took 2 months to get the initial appointment. Then they did not give me the order to get my blood taken just did not give it to me. Did not tell me it needed to be done. They are also unable to contact me when my prescription is ready so I had to wait a week unnecessarily. When I went to get a refill of my prescription they gave me the wrong pill? HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN??!?
