owning 2 2014 dodge grand caravans with the manual fold-out ramp by Braunability we have been really disappointed with their longevity and faults. Both vans have had a lot of electrical faults which are a result of floor modifications done by the outfitter(Braun) and has cost us thousands at our local Dodge dealer. I tried to get them into the local Braun repair facility but their wait time for an appointment has always been about 6 weeks which is ridiculous. I feel very fortunate to be able to drive my son around and take him places. It's priceless. I bought what I was assured was the best modification on the market. And It was for a year until winter came. The ramp, slouching and all electronics went all at the same time. . The dealer in Toronto hasn't been able to repair it and they have tried...and Braun well they don't cover repairs on this part of the modification? Within the warranty period. My son is now in driving school as a quadriplegic and he cannot drive this van the... read more
