Grand Caravan 2017 sliding doors grinding sometimes to a stop! It is the upper wheels or track, dealer I bought it from says it is a sealed bearing and should never need lubrication however lubricant seems to be the only temporary fix! van has been converted to a ramp van for wheelchair so Dodge dealer will not even look at it. This has been going on 16 months and I cannot find any other people who have this issue.

Warranty by this company is not valid we got the conversion done to our van and the welds broke on the rear end and the thing almost came off. would have been disastrous had it come off on the freeway. we take it in. and they tell us its because of bad shocks. and charge us over 500 to repair and replace shocks. then it happens again and they blame it on the springs.(springs don't go bad) and they cant cover any thing under warranty. so obviously this is an engineering issue that they did not get right and will not make it r... read more

Service!!!, I let my van installed milenium down, went to raise it back up, returned almost to the up stop and then fell back to the ground! Tried adding hydraulic fluid only to see the procedure repeat it's self, plus hydraulic fluid around the leg opposite the pump. I emailed Braun, got a quick response referring me to a dealer. i was told "I would have to have the van towed in (alittle over 100 miles) or some how get the platform from the ground into the van and then strap in the upright position! Love the freedom of taking my husband out with less of a struggle but paid good money many times for repairs on the ramp door and something always goes wrong. I was sideswiped by a hit and run and it did not take days it took weeks to repair and they never got it right then the motor run got that repaired and now it’s broken again I do not have downtime to keep going to a repair shop and do not feel comfortable buying a newer van if I constantly have problems.
