My Brand new BraunAbility vehicle worked well for about 5 months and has given me nothing but problems since. Now with only 38,000 miles on it I need a new van because the door no longer works and no one can seem to fix it! Braun's response "oh well" "too bad so sad!" The van is more disabled then I am�

We also gave you your service records as requested. You were right in your previous communication – repairs are not the norm, especially for new vehicles. We look forward to investigating your vehicle and eradicating your door problem.
I am on my 4th Braun van. They have all been Toyota Sienna's and with each one they just keep getting better. I currently have a 2016 with the fold out ramp, all of my previous vans were fold outs and when the ramp folded it was quiet all of the way in. My new one is what you call a 50-50 split ramp and it slams loudly when it closes. Is this normal, can it be made quiet like the older ones? I really like the ride and the lack of road noise on this new one. Your conversation's are the best on the market!
