For the price tag of the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with Braun conversion you would think we would have no problems. The front bumper is put on with crappy rivets and DOUBLE SIDED TAPE. Yesterday, the passenger side door with the ramp CAME OFF. Rear passenger window is cracked from the door. Paint is chipped from the door. This van cost over $70,000 and we need it to last for at least 10 years. Never had a problem with a Chrysler like this before - it's all Braun issues. It should be noted that when a customer is buying ANOTHER vehicle from Braun, they should have the privilege to view the current inventory Braun carries on their lots. Dealing with my local dealers are not helpful. This will be my third time buying a vehicle and as expensive they are, we should have that privilege.

Poor service have to drive 50 mile's and wait 2 hour's for recall of door hinge on 2018 Pacifica I paid over $62,000. with 3,000 mile's on it by end of month or they will not cover cost of repair of poorly made hinge. I live in Cedar Rapids the 2nd largest city in Iowa if I would have bought one of their competitors vans repair would have been in Cedar Rapids. Look's like they want me to spend my spare time taking van for repairs.
we bought the van for my hubby who is wheelchair bound. we dont do much traveling with his health for distances more than locally. the dealerships for latest recall or problems with it are 2 to 4 hours away. my son in law who works all week would take it to one of them but they dont take Saturday appointments. doesnt seem like company relates to people all over USA.

I've had and love my BraunAbility 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with an infloor ramp. HOWEVER, I just found out that one of my tires has a slow leak from a nail in it. My regular mechanic said that they're unable to raise the van because the infloor conversion is so low to the ground, they're unable to get their lift OR a jack underneath it. I also went to a local Chrysler dealer and they essentially said the same thing. I need a solution to this ASAP. I cannot be driving around in a vehicle that no mechanic can fix.

I really love my brand new Toyota Sienna! My old wheelchair van, a 1989 Dodge IMS Rampvan has multiple problems, and my mom was always worried of being stranded somewhere, for fear of it breaking down on her. No problems either as my mom has thought with it going up the hilly road to her house. She figured out how to make that work out. First they mislead consumers about their product. We got a Pacifica Limited which is supposed to come standard with a vacuum, no vacuum. They also forget to mention that the drivers side heated/ventilated seat and heated steering wheel don't work if the passenger seat is removed to accommodate a wheelchair. Secondly, we bought a brand new 2018 Pacifica 6 months ago. So far, the passenger sliding door is loud and constantly fails to close properly.
