Both Jose’s on the maintenance team are very responsive to work orders that we submit. They are thoughtful when we interact with them, and provide helpful insights on the maintenance items and the fixes or services deployed. We appreciate them!
We are living at the Brandywine apartments on 4545 Connecticut Avenue. The building is always well maintained and clean. The staff is kind and cordial. José the maintainance manager is responsive and quickly resolves any problems. He is very professional and considerate. He always has a smile and greets everyone in the building.
