I had to put up with the front desk not checking homeless trespassing the property at night. Unprofessional and unqualified Rude front desk agents. A nightmare with residents making loud noises latecat night and police visits almost weekly.
Way too many cockroaches!!! Poor accessibility for strollers, wheelchairs. Nice community and staff though. Units have a good amount of space.
If you want a garage FULL of rats , cockroach’s and mice in your apartment this is the place for you. I’ve counted probable 20 rats at a time in the parking garage . I’ve killed multiple cockroaches in my home. And in my 2 years living there , there have been 4 mice inside my house.
