This review is long overdue. I am a diligent researcher and try to understand a subject matter, in this case arborism, before I invest in that subject. Trevor at The Branch has been taking care of my trees for about 8 years now, specifically, caring for my two ornamental olive trees (fruitless and pollen-less Swan Hill Olives) from when they were very young to the mature specimens they are today. Trevor and his crew did an amazing job. They were actually working on my neighbors yard and he jumped my fence to give me a quote to remove a palm tree in my yard. He was able to remove it the same day. Amazing job!
I've been working with Trevor and his team for a few years now and we've only had an excellent experience. Trevor takes his time to explain any of the necessary details, answer questions, and follow-up. He and his team have done an excellent job maintaining our ~100 ficus trees, 10 robellinis, 12 tall queen palms and 4 large bird of paradise. A great resource to help maintain their overall health, and if he can't readily address an issue, he's very helpful with referrals. An overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend.
Trevor and his team came right on time to trim and lace out a number of oaks and New Zealand Christmas trees. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely will hire them again.
