Our experience with The Brace Space, and in particular Dr. Dan, was exceptional. He is smart, kind, and excellent at what he does. The office runs efficiently, and it is clean and bright and welcoming. Everyone in the office is a pleasure to deal with, they made us feel welcome and valued and our daughter looked forward to her appointments with Dr. Dan. We had a wonderful experience at this orthodontic clinic today. Dr Stuart was very kind and patient, and he explained my daughter’s treatment plan clearly and thoroughly. We felt very comfortable asking questions. The staff were warm, welcoming, and compassionate from the moment we walked in. We truly appreciate the generous discount they offered us. It made a big difference for me and my daughter. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care with a caring team.
Went in for a second opinion from a western dentist on my son's issue who lives abroad. Had CT scan and photos. Called a few dentists and they insisted they see my son which was understandable, but impossible. Thankfully I walked into the Brace Space. The receptionist was very polite, asked Dr. Dan if he would take a look and he was incredibly patient and helpful. Helped me decide how I should proceed with my son's career. I randomly Googled this place, and I'm glad I picked it. They seem to always put their patients' interests before their own, which is hard to come by these days.
The staff at The Brace Space are so friendly and accommodating. My kids felt completely comfortable from the moment we arrived. Warm greetings, patient answers and a willingness to work around schedules when needed were all highlights of our experience. Cannot recommend enough!
