Verified Renter This is a great apartment complex with everything that you need to relax. The apartments are well insulated so no noise from your neighbors and a very quiet community at night. Great staff. I recommend it warmly.

Beware they censor bad reviews Dont rent here, its a free for all , unlivable and not worth the money
Horrible Stay away. Constructiion is horrible, you can hear everything. Everything looks nice but is very cheap. Security is non existant
poor I did not have a good experience with this place. While everything may seem shiny and new, its cheap. The management does not seem willing to enforce any of their own rules. It is supposed to be non smoking but there are cigarette butts everywhere and you can spell pot constantly. You can hear every move your neighbors aside and above you make. The property is not secure at all and cars are getting stolen and broken into. I only worked out at the gym once because I realized how filthy it is.

Best apartment in the area PROs: brand new apartment complex. Nice amenities (pool, many relaxing areas), good appliances, apartment is spacious,lots of natural light (if you are in the right room), separate packaging area, easy access to the 101 freeway, and close to shopping places. overall it is quiet.
