Don't waste your time. I've already wasted enough of my own. Can't even reach this property to get leasing information. 5 emails, 5 voicemails and still no response. If they are this bad in treating prospective residents, how do you think they will be if you live there? Sad because it really looks like a nice property from the photos.
The Boulevard There are three main complaints I have from my time at the Boulevard: 1. Bats: Despite flagging with maintenance the issue of bats on my porch (and their confirmation), nothing was done to prevent the animals from coming back and I spent the majority of my lease with continuous bat droppings on my porch— which in turn attracted numerous flies and made the porch unusable. 2: Theft: I had multiple packages stolen (over $1000 worth), despite flagging with the front office and the office claiming no packages would ... read more

Verified Renter Boulevard is a nice gated community with nice amenities. It is in a great location very close to shops a eateries. The community is usually quiet most of the time. Security is visible on the property in the evening and at night patrolling the area.
