I lived here during the renovations. Water damage caused a hole to open in my ceiling which they refused to fix for 2 months. Black mold and dripping water. Come time for my building to get fixed, they moved me to a disgustingly filthy temporary unit with horrid patch jobs on holes in the wall and animal hair EVERYWHERE that set off my allergies. The Boulders has truly changed with the new management. The rebuild is beautiful and the staff are professional and engaging and employ a family oriented attitude. Tonight was an outdoor movie night for the children. They did not hold back with the entertainment and festive atmosphere and the adults as well as the children were truly enjoying the night and definitely looking forward to the next event. Thank You Boulders Family!
