Recommendedthey are an okay place to rent from..
They aren’t doing maintenance but are telling their tenants to put off every other bill to pay rent. Wow, what hearts these people have! 🙄 Typical management company ran garbage.
If your planning to move here I would recommend not to. It has bedbug infestations and management thinks that the tenets are responsible for them and will charge you 2.000 dollars to get rid of them. And the management abuses the elderly and disabled down there at there. There are lots of reports on bedbugs at the health department if you want to check out any out the truth to this message.
Carlos and Claudia were awesome! Came in to apply for an apartment around 4:30 (they close at 5) and it was going to take longer than expected and Carlos stayed after hours with us to finish the application together. I appreciate the good customer service, very exceeded expectations.
The boulders will evict you with one notice and for something so pitiful and the turn around 2 days later and evict for not paying rent. they will also break in when you aren't home. this isn't a good place to live
FYI: Cornerstone Residential in Bountiful Utah are in charge of the management staff at The Boulders! Ive lived here 3 years and I honestly have to say that Claudia is the most awful manager so far! CLAUDIA loves to give everyone fines and then have no proof to back it up. She will take her staff's word and go straight to fining the tenant before investigating the problem herself. Applied there with my wife around Feb. 26 talked with Maxine and she has literally wasted our time. Said we were approved lots of times and just today she calls and says she "missed " something on my credit and that they couldn't work with us. I asked why her & her staff had been telling me I was "Approved" all this time and she said she Missed that one thing on my credit report and "CAUGHT IT JUST NOW" � talk about unprofessional.
