Recommendedthey are an okay place to rent from..
They aren’t doing maintenance but are telling their tenants to put off every other bill to pay rent. Wow, what hearts these people have! 🙄 Typical management company ran garbage.
If your planning to move here I would recommend not to. It has bedbug infestations and management thinks that the tenets are responsible for them and will charge you 2.000 dollars to get rid of them. And the management abuses the elderly and disabled down there at there. There are lots of reports on bedbugs at the health department if you want to check out any out the truth to this message.
Have had nothing but problems. Repairs were never made after being reported. They are trying to charge us for damages they are responsible for and never repaired. They don't enforce smoking laws. Trying to withhold our deposit and charge for things (like paint) that they cannot charge for. They violate renters rights. A staff member walked into our apartment without cause or knocking. Used office key to access apartment to show to clients when we were in residence.
Carlos and Claudia were awesome! Came in to apply for an apartment around 4:30 (they close at 5) and it was going to take longer than expected and Carlos stayed after hours with us to finish the application together. I appreciate the good customer service, very exceeded expectations.
The boulders will evict you with one notice and for something so pitiful and the turn around 2 days later and evict for not paying rent. they will also break in when you aren't home. this isn't a good place to live
Very Happy Here! Just moved in from the Salt Lake Area. Wonderful one bed/one bath with lots of storage and an in unit washer and dryer! I’m paying $300 less for a better apartment than I was living in, the apartment has nice appliance, clean exterior and grounds with nice neighbors and a quiet location. I use public transportation and can walk to the Provo Intermodal Hub in 20 min. which I appreciate. So happy I moved here!
FYI: Cornerstone Residential in Bountiful Utah are in charge of the management staff at The Boulders! Ive lived here 3 years and I honestly have to say that Claudia is the most awful manager so far! CLAUDIA loves to give everyone fines and then have no proof to back it up. She will take her staff's word and go straight to fining the tenant before investigating the problem herself. She is also very bias and rude to anyone that is not her race. She harrasses tenants and will go...Continue Reading
