We had a great experience tonight at this location. Erin and Kylie were extremely friendly and helpful. Erin took the time to explain all of the products that would work best for our hair types, and made recommendations that we're looking forward to trying. Would recommend.

Went here last week as I am a regular shopper at the body shop I absolutely love the products seriously saved my skin! Rachel was seriously such a ray of sunshine hyping me up and being honestly so amazing Rachel if your reading this thank you queen you seriously made my day and made such an impact I’ll literally remember that forever! The staff at this specific location are just all so helpful and sweet overall and I feel very comfortable in the store always 🩷

Just an fyi to unsuspecting people there are no returns nor exchanges with any/all merchandise. I could appreciate if the company is trying to recoup losses but not to have at least an option to have a n unopened merchandise exchange and not mention this when you go to the store is a deceitful thing to do. You should place a sign or ensure the sakes people that offers me do much stuff would not fail to mention - disappointing
