I always come here when I go to the mall! They have a great variety of yummy scented products, and options for different skin. I specifically wanted to write this review because I had a memorable experience yesterday. I went in and brought some products to the front, and the worker (sadly didn‘t catch their name) kindly let me know I could add more items for their BOGO going on! A few months ago I had a wonderful experience because of a woman working there. Most recently I was shopping and she was there again, and yet again such a positive and complimentary person. She made my day and her name is Rachel. Big shout out to her, she deserves that recognition.
Poor customer service, unfriendly and just stare at you while you browse through their products, especially when you need some assistance.
We had a great experience tonight at this location. Erin and Kylie were extremely friendly and helpful. Erin took the time to explain all of the products that would work best for our hair types, and made recommendations that we're looking forward to trying. Would recommend.
