The place was fine when I first moved in but the partying was extremely annoying. We were also constantly asked about our living plans for the next year in SEPTEMBER when we were told we would be asked in February. The hallways were dirty most of the time and it took time for it to be cleaned. I was also charged a lot of money for damages that I didn't make. Personally, I would not recommend living here as a first pick. If you have money, fine, otherwise, the price was not worth it.
Lived here for 2 years now, great for people who are from far away as they are fully furnished!! Also great staff to deal with who will work through any issues with you.
Don't expect to get your deposit back. It was dirty when he moved in. Complained but did not even hear back from anyone
Amazing staff, apartments, and safe/fun environment that parents can rest assure their college student is enjoying being at UND!!
The Boden is a great place to live for anyone! Great environment, great facilities, great people! For sure would recommend to anyone!
