If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I would! Bob is an excellent realtor who strives to find the perfect home for his clients. His attention to detail and his willingness to help sets him apart from others in the real estate industry. We found our first home in only four days with his guidance and support! His knowledge of the housing market as well as the in’s and out’s of the trade make him the perfect choice for your realty needs.

Great job, easy to work with, answered every question we had. House sold in less than a week and for more then asking. Could not have done a better job. Highly recommended.

Bob Colvin is an excellent choice for all of your real estate needs. He is proficient in every aspect of buying and selling and his outgoing personality is an added bonus! He is a joy to work with, you won't be disappointed. I did have to call the office a few times and each person that answered was just as kind and accommodating. Thank you for a seamless and enjoyable real estate experience.
