The Boat House is the best, been taking care of my Pontoon for several years now, Great Service and friendly people.
Would not recommend The Boat House. They didn’t make me a priority as a customer at all, had to call them back multiple times days after they said they would get back to me about something simple and still buy them to make a commitment to doing a few things in the process of getting a pontoon. We boat a new Avalon pontoon and their customer service and friendliness are definitely unmatched. What a wonderful group of people.
Had Problems with my Mercury 25 hp four stroke. Had it repaired over and over by a Mercury Tech still useless, it set for almost 3 years before I took it to the Boat House and this week enjoyed 4 days on the big lake perch fishing and no problems. Caught a few hundred perch.
Great place, friendly staff, fast service.....if you are having marine problems ,Nate and his crew will get ya back on the water ASAP.
We have had issues with our Yamaha outboard for literally YEARS. Had it worked on at Dodge, the old Sand Bay Marina (not the new owners) and nobody fixed it. We went to The Boat House to see about either purchasing a new motor, or having it looked at one more time. Nathan and Tim got it fixed the way it should have been before, no problem. It runs like it should have all along and ready to go fishing. Sooooo happy!! Thanks guys!!!
