Do NOT live in these apartments! Run as far away as you can. Bad management, turns over every time you blink, same with maintenance. If they find someone that works they'll be gone before you can get anything repaired. Shady neighbors (I had to call the cops and made numerous complaints-nothing was done). It rained inside my apartment for 8 months and now there is permanent water damage and the walls are cracking. Floors are peeling up. Garbage dumpster is overflowing all the time. Stay away from here!
We love living here! We have only been here for 4 months but it is quiet and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful and Ceanna is great to work with! We have had a few small maintenance request and they were answered promptly and repaired properly.
If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Upon moving, we paid them about $3,000 in additional funds. CAUTION! (read more details below) After living here for over half of our lease, we had to move, and were gladly going to pay the (exorbitant) fee to break the lease. We honored the contract that we signed. HOWEVER, we confirmed with Holly upon our final inspection walk through that we had left it in top shape and that we would receive our full deposit back - I had wiped down the inside and outside of cabinets, the fridg... read more
