I've been a tenant The Bluffs at Epps Bridge for almost 4 years now, and they won't fix my air conditioning--which is blowing HOT air--until Monday because although my apartment is 80 degrees right now, it is only 75 degrees outside. 1) The lease doesn't word it that way, 2) the maintenance person was rude and completely dismissed us, and 3) there has been no offer for compensation, a free hotel, etc., since 4) I have a cat that can't be in this heat. Their suggestion? Just cut off the circuit breaker. That's not okay.

I wish I would have done more research before moving in because everything I've read in the reviews I have experienced. From rude staff to pest issues. I would not move back.
We are so thankful to be staying here during the process of building our home. The newly furnished 2BR/2BA is perfect! The staff is friendly and we’ve met some great new friends.
I don't know why there are all the bad reviews. My husband and I have only been here 2 months and have had no bad experiences. Staff is awesome, everything works as it should, and unlike many places in Athens no problems with bugs! It's been really good so far
If you wanna get screwed over, then by all means...may look nice at first glance, but rest assure management's gonna get ya come time to move on to bigger and better things. 10/10 would not recommend...
