Very friendly staff and great community to live in! I’m not a student at U of A but I’ve still had a very enjoyable experience so far living at the Bluff. It’s in a great location and close to just about anywhere in Tuscaloosa. The maintenance staff is very responsive and does a nice job. A lot of positive things to say about The Bluff!
Have really enjoyed living here. The office staff has been super helpful with everything we need!
It has been a great stay here. I work on campus, and it takes me a 3 minute drive to get to work. All of the staff including the maintenance are very friendly and helpful. I love living this close to the river.

The Bluff at WaterWorks Landing is a wonderful location to live. It is conveniently located close to the University of Alabama campus. Tori Bedsole that works in the office is a pleasure to interact with and is always very helpful. I highly recommend The Bluff.
I lived at The Bluff for two years, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Tuscaloosa. The rooms are spacious, the walk-in closet was huge, there was a bus to take you to campus, plenty of parking, and excellent maintenance and management staff. It's also SUPER quiet (which was great after living in the dorms for a year). I'm gonna miss this place!
