RecommendedMy daughters have been living at The Bluff for over 4 years and love it there. Many amenities on premises, such as a private gym and infinity pool, are just the tip of the iceberg The apartments are spacious and my daughters feel safe living there, a must for concerned parents
Respectful staff and clean complex . Maintenance is always professional and quick to fix any issues . I have lived here a few years and have not even considered switching complex’s .

Awesome location!! Staff was so friendly on move in day. Apartments were clean and ready for set up. Also, my son loves the size of the apartment. Highly recommend the Bluff!
Lived here for almost 2 years and management is a complete joke. Over the past 2 months we’ve had to move everything in our apartment twice for “fixes and improvements”. This past time we were given NO notice and they came into our apartment and told us we had to be out and could NOT return until 6pm. Manager wouldn’t let us inside to get our stuff when we pay an outrageous amount for rent.
I have been living at the bluff for 3 years now. The staff is great and I’ve never had any issues that weren’t corrected within a reasonable time period. I would recommend living here.
I’ve lived at The Bluff for a year now! The staff is always nice and super helpful. They are also pet friendly! The property is perfect for pets with the river being within walking distance and a pet play ground behind building 3. I live in a 2/2 and the space is big enough for two people and a full sized dog. The property is also gated which is nice for those who have dogs that like to run, they can’t go very far!
BEWARE -management is terribly incompetent, dishonest, or both. Every month they overbill even though we have the agreed to amount in writing. Final straw: they claim we bounced a check. Bank has proof the checked cleared, and the manager tried to cash the check TWICE. Manager refuses to talk to the bank and lied that bank didn’t leave messages. Consulting an attorney.
Both my children have lived at The Bluff, and as a parent I highly recommend! Its about a mile from campus, but very very quiet atmosphere. Both my children are engineering majors, and took advantage of the 24 hour computer lab and free printing. Beautiful scenery doesn't hurt either!
