Many thanks to Nick for his excellent professional work. I had a water standing problem in my backyard. He inspected the issue thoroughly by looking into all the surrounding downpipes with CCTV. He doesn't make up story to trick customers like some people would do just to make money out of customers. After failed attempts by another plumber we called the drainage doctor for another opinion/attempt at unblocking our stormwater. Ben showed up on time and was able to sort out the blockage. Easy to deal with, great communication, punctual and transparent. Would definitely recommend.
