Food was good but the service was very slow. By the time our food arrived we had forgotten what the heck we ordered. Wasn’t even a full restaurant, might go back but not sure😒
I was so excited to try the renewed Blackbird, and the food was definitely good! Loved all the sauce choices. However I was left very disappointed in the new system of ordering, it was so disjointed and a bit chaotic. I tried to understand how it could be beneficial to the establishment but at every turn it just seemed disorganized and more work for everyone with a lot less fluidity. I wish it was back to a more traditional restaurant serving/ordering system.
I’ve been dying to come back to Blackbird since the switched their menu to an all new BBQ joint. I finally made it there last night for girls night and the BBQ was amazing! I had the pulled pork sandwich and loved that the meat came un-sauced. They have a great array of sauces at the table and I was able to pick the flavor I was craving. The food was delicious! A little different ordering style than what I was used to. I would recommend posting your menu online so people can get an idea of what they want ahead of time since you have to order before you sit...otherwise thumbs up!!!
Food and service was great! The dirty fries were sinfully delicious!!!!
I’m so disappointed! We went this evening, excited to try the new concept and menu, and our first date night in months. We arrived at 6p. Ordered an app and sat at our table to order our mains and drinks. Drinks took about 20min. Our mains took an hour and half! They ran out of food! Our apps never came. The mains were cold and subpar.
