I love The Black Cow! Today my waitress was Judy, she provided great service! I did forget my to go order, but my server was awesome and made sure that I received it. Refreshing experience!
What a great meal! The atmosphere was nice and comforting with a super attentive server. This is definitely a "good back again" restaurant.

We went last night, 12/1/16. Had about a 15 minute wait. Not to bad. We were waited on in a reasonable amount of time BUT WAITED over 45 minutes for our food. People we seated in another section and were getting their food before us. We asked our waitress twice..first time she never got back to us. Second time she said they were waiting on our hamburger steak. Very unexceptionable! The food was good but the service was very lacking!
The goat cheese tower is phenomenal! Great place to eat in Columbus!
After a disturbing experience with another restaurant in the vicinity this was a refreshing difference. To start, what was supposed to be a 20-25 minutes wait for a party of eight ended up being only about 5 minutes. The wait for the food was a little longer than I would have liked of course, but we had a large party and the place was full. Our server was so attentive and checked on us often. The food was excellent! Oh yes...the plaque of Jeremiah 29:11 in the washroom was definitely a confirmation for me.
My nephew graduated from the Army and a group of his family went down to celebrate. We cane and LOVED it!! Steaks were awesome! Shrimp and grits � We had several appetizers that were all delicious! If we are to ever go back down that way we, would definitely go back!! Wait staff was great and very friendly too!!
