So my wife and I call The Black Cow around 5:45 to ask what the wait is. The girl tells me there is no wait so we leave our house headed that way. When we arrive 15 minutes later to put our name on the list and the girls tells me there is a 35 minute wait. Well it is an hour later and we are still waiting. Never again!
We have never had a bad meal here. And the management is really open to tweaking your meal for you if you want something just a little different. Superb!
Great food! Our only disappointment was that you were out of meat loaf sliders
We had lunch there today. I had the mushroom burger and it was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed and our waitress was friendly and accommodating. We will go back.
The chicken and waffles was one of the yummiest things i have ever had!! A must if you go there!!!!!!
My wife and I frequent the black cow. We have always had great food and great service... until last night. We were seated as soon as we walked in which was great. The table next to us got their drinks and food and the waitress never spoke to us. They sat someone across from us after we sat down and he was greeted by a waitress and got his drink and once again no one said a word to my wife or myself. Cute little pub the food was so good! Had the shrimp and grits don't miss a chance to eat there we will be back.
First time ever going to the black cow to eat. I have to say it was so good to us. My boyfriend had the meatloaf he said it was so good. I had the shrimp basket tasted great. Would like to go visit again real soon.
i heard people raving about this pace so being new (again) to the area, we thought we'd try it and i am SO happy we did. The waitress was amazing and so great with my daughter. The pineapple casserole is to die for and the BLT dip is fantastic! Will definitely be many more visits
