I rarely write reviews, but this situation warrants clear public documentation. Since Dr. Lacayo’s departure, the level of service at The Biostation has deteriorated to an unacceptable standard. What was once positioned as concierge-level care now reflects disorganization, lack of oversight, and a consistent failure to take responsibility. I really wanted to have a good experience here since this location was recommended to me and I live right around the corner. Booking the initial appointment was easy, and the young lady I spoke with on the phone was great and very helpful which is the main reason I am not giving one star. However, I booked an appointment in November for 9:45 AM and received a text 30 minutes before letting me know the appointment was canceled. Thank you for the IV Drip session today. I wasn't feeling so well and I'm already starting to feel better. Your staff is professional and thoughtful. They demonstrate knowledge in what they do. Your nurse on staff was able to easily and quickly get the IV needle in. They offered me filtered water, a cozy and warm place to sit in private silence. They checked up on me. My wife and I have been going to Biostation for almost 2 years now for quarterly blood work and hormone stuff and we cant say enough good things about the staff, the patient advocates and the whole office. Saramarie, Kate, Jamie and the whole team there are so kind, relaxed and knowledgable, that visiting the office always feels like checking in with your smart super well-informed friends rather than, like, a scary medical procedure. Thanks y’all for making the journey to optimum health a whole lot more pleasant!
Took a quick trip here from out of state and stopped by Biostation for a couple of treatments. The ladies that work here are 10/10 and so incredibly lovely. If I lived closer I’d come all the time. Thanks for the amazing services today! Hope to come back again in the future!
