Kelly Nichols with the Billy Houston Group helped me to find a great place right where I wanted it, within my price range. Kelly showed me a number of different properties and was helpful in putting me in touch with a mortgage company.
Great company to work with. They held open houses for the property. They did a great job in marking the home. They knew the area where we were selling very well and they were able to get a lot of perspective buyers though the home.
Our agent was amazing, she was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. We would definitely use her again. Despite the fact that it took almost 9 months for us to complete the move, she patiently stay with us till we got the right house.
Billy and his team were very responsive. Their ability to documents online was a huge part of that responsiveness as well as being able to conduct business any time I was available. I travel for work so finding time in my schedule can be a challenge for me and it was a non-issue for Billy and his team. I would do business with them again.
We were very pleased with the service we received by Cindy Kraus. She was very professional in everything she did. She kept us posted on every inquiry she received. She made some very positive suggestions for us about the listing and sale of our house. She went over and above what we would normally have expected from a relator. We highly recommend Cindy.....she was joy to work with!

We used the Billy Houston Group for both selling our house and purchasing a new one in the Knoxville area. Although our selling/buying experience this time around was more difficult than in previous cases (both the original buyer of our house and the seller of the house we initially wanted backed out of their contracts!), Mary and Kelly expertly guided us through the whole process, providing a calming influence through all of the stress. I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house in Knoxville.
