Awesome people to work with!! We interviewed several realtors, and the Biedenharn team took the time to view it from a buyers point of view, did a real comparative analysis (not just the houses behind us and around us, rather the WHOLE area) and priced it very competitively. They even said you will have multiple bids, and they were right (over 12, sold for $25K above asking).
