This local East side bike shop carries some great brands such as Bianca and Rocky Mountain. The owners know their stuff and are both road and mountain bikers. They can give you safe riding tips and training as well since one of the owners is a League Certified Bike Safety Instructor. My first bike was a Bianca, and this is where I would go to look for my next one.
Rob really goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service! You're not dealing with a condescending employee who just wants to sell you something and move on with their life. The people here are genuine, experienced, and are really trying their best to make sure you're happy with your investment!
These guys will sit and talk to you about your bike, trails, parts, new bikes, old bikes, good bikes, bad bikes, etc... It's awesome to have a local shop that isn't just trying to make a sale, they truly care about you and make you feel welcome. I made the decision to be a lifetime customer the first time that they serviced my bike.
