I didn't have a great experience with a bike tune up. I took two bikes there last year, one of which I knew needed adjustment because it wasn't shifting properly. I dropped the bikes off and I wasn't in a hurry to get them done because I wasn't riding at the time. I had to call a couple of times and I finally picked the bikes up.
