The managers are great and always really attentive to any needs of the complex. They always get things taken care of quickly, which is also to thank the maintenance staff who is always friendly and does a great job. Not to mention everyone always has a treat for the pups when they see them! The location could not be better, near Mohawk's, Stubb's, Sixth street, and walkable to downtown venues and attractions. We have loved living here!
Manager Matt is awesome and gets to know all residence! Also a very friendly place for dogs and for a place located downtown, I love that their is still a dog park in the complex. Next to Stubbs and cheer ups and mohawks, the live music really makes me feel like I'm living in the heart of the music capital of the world!

This place is an absolute dumpster fire. Ever since Matthew left as the property manager and Catherine came on board, this property has continued to plummet downhill. I have lived at this property since 2013 and been through 2 property management companies and at least 4 property managers.... but Catherine is likely the worst property manager I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Great location, dog friendly (the dog park is my favorite part of The Beverly) and the property manager, Matthew, is pretty freaking awesome!
