We had floors installed by this company a couple years ago and it continues to be a nightmare. The floor boards started sliding less than a week after installation. They have sent repairman out on over 8 occasions and yet the boards still slide with MAJOR gaps. The last time somebody was out here was last November (2019) it was the owner. She apologized and thanked me for giving them a chance to make it right. I was completely satisfied with services provided to me. The entire process was smooth. Customer service was great and my floors look amazing. I was well informed the entire process of what to expect and the staff were extremely courteous. The prices were also really great and reasonable in my opinion. I 100% fully recommend Best Little Floorhouse to anyone.
The Best Little Floor house is the place to go to get fair prices, great customer service, and quality work. They have done both carpet and ceramic wood floors in my house. The workers that showed up were very respectful and took pride in doing the job right. The owners called to check on the workers and to make sure they were on time.
