El Mehdi did a great job! He came super quickly to my apartment after I submitted my work order. He also was super friendly and did everything really fast!! Great service!

My daughter was a student at American University and moved out in June after graduation. She gave a more than 60 day notice to the leasing office that she was moving out. Now we’re being told that she has a $1200 fee because she “broke her lease”. Apparently, when the management company changed from Gables to Donaldson, they lost all the resident’s paperwork from Gables, or it wasn’t provided to the new company.
