Nice place to live Great location in Renton near 5 & 405 FWY's, SEATAC airport and shopping. Good complex with workout equipment and two pools. Office and maintenance staff are great!
Nice, clean apartments with reliable staff and friendly neighbors I've lived in this apartment complex for about three months after having moved in with a friend. This complex is great, I'm very pleased with it. Pros: The management keeps the grounds maintenanced The people around here a kind The buildings themselves are kept very clean Staff is reliable -- our washing machine broke just about a week ago and they had it replaced the very next day at no cost to us as stated in our lease.
