Verified Renter The Berkshire has been an amazing community that I have been with for two years now. The leasing are helpful and the maintenance staff are knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place with good access to town and 15-25 minute walk to the closest bus stop (depending on which direction you're heading).

Also, the benefits of getting to see trees and natures while also being 5 minutes away from most things you need speaks for itself.
