Verified Renter We've been living in this apartment complex for a little over 4 years now and I've enjoyed how quiet and tucked away it is. There have been ups & downs with neighbors and management but nothing serious, just like other communities. We've enjoyed the other humble residents. Homey and comforting aesthetic.
Verified Renter The Berkshire has been an amazing community that I have been with for two years now. The leasing are helpful and the maintenance staff are knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place with good access to town and 15-25 minute walk to the closest bus stop (depending on which direction you're heading).

Verified Renter The management team is really helpful and communicative. They were timely in responses to my questions as an applicant and have been flexible with any road bumps I’ve had as a tenant. Also, the benefits of getting to see trees and natures while also being 5 minutes away from most things you need speaks for itself.
